La categor\u00eda principal es la decisi\u00f3n m\u00e1s determinante del perfil entero: una cl\u00ednica que se declara \u00abcl\u00ednica dental\u00bb compite por esa b\u00fasqueda, y si se declara \u00abconsultorio m\u00e9dico\u00bb compite por otra distinta. Las categor\u00edas secundarias ampl\u00edan el alcance, pero no sustituyen a una principal mal elegida.<\/p><p>La prominencia se alimenta de rese\u00f1as, de menciones del negocio en otros sitios y de que el nombre, la direcci\u00f3n y el tel\u00e9fono aparezcan escritos igual en todas partes. Esa \u00faltima pr\u00e1ctica tiene nombre, <em>review gating<\/em>, y es motivo de sanci\u00f3n aunque muchos negocios la apliquen sin saber que est\u00e1 prohibida.<\/p><p>Lo que s\u00ed se puede hacer es pedirlas a todo el mundo, en el momento en que el servicio termina y con el enlace directo al formulario. Cuanto m\u00e1s pasos tenga que dar la persona, menos rese\u00f1as llegan; el enlace corto que Google genera desde el propio perfil elimina la mitad del camino.<\/p><p>Responder importa tanto como recibir. Una respuesta breve a una rese\u00f1a negativa, sin discutir y ofreciendo resolverlo fuera del hilo, comunica m\u00e1s a quien la lee despu\u00e9s que a quien la escribi\u00f3. Los domicilios particulares se permiten si se atiende ah\u00ed, pero los apartados de correos y los espacios de trabajo compartido alquilados solo para figurar suelen acabar mal.<\/p><p>Cambiar de golpe varios datos cr\u00edticos tambi\u00e9n dispara las alarmas. Si hay que corregir nombre, direcci\u00f3n y categor\u00eda, conviene hacerlo por partes y dejar d\u00edas entre cambios.<\/p><p>Y el m\u00e1s silencioso: duplicar el perfil.
